The road from Burgas Airport to Sozopol
Burgas Airport is north of the city, while Sozopol lies to the south, so the route goes around Burgas and its lakes and then continues south along the coast. Shortly before Sozopol you pass the turn-offs for Chernomorets and several beaches, and then you see the old town on its peninsula with the new town behind it.
The old town of Sozopol has narrow streets, some of them closed to cars in the summer season. Tell us the exact address of your accommodation and the driver will take you as close as possible. If you are staying in one of the holiday complexes outside the town, such as around the Kavatsite and Harmanite beaches, give us the name of the complex and we will drive you to the gate.
From Sozopol it is easy to explore further south – Primorsko, Kiten, Lozenets and Tsarevo – or to visit Burgas for a day. We can arrange those transfers during your stay as well.
