What is a VIP transfer and who is it for?
A VIP transfer is a private ride where the car is part of the impression. Companies use it to welcome partners, event organisers use it for speakers and guests, families book it for weddings and anniversaries, and many people simply want a quiet, spacious car and nothing to worry about. The car is booked in advance for a specific person, time and address, and the price is agreed before the trip.

How booking works
- Request. Fill in the VIP form or call us. Tell us the date, route, number of guests, flight and the cars you need.
- Offer. We call you back with the cars and the price for the route or the whole schedule.
- Confirmation. We agree the meeting point, the guest’s name and a contact phone.
- The ride. The car is there at the agreed time and takes your guest to the exact address.
- Payment. After the ride, with no prepayment.
Example: a guest with a meeting in Plovdiv for one day
Your partner lands at Sofia Airport at 9:30, has a meeting in Plovdiv at 13:00 and a flight home in the evening. The driver waits at the terminal; if the flight is late, the driver waits with no time limit. The drive to Plovdiv is about 150 km and about 1 h 45 min on the Trakia motorway. After the meeting the car takes your guest back to the airport in time for the flight. Your guest does not have to think about taxis, rental cars or navigation in an unfamiliar city, and you know they are in safe hands all day.
A whole day or several days
Often a VIP transfer is not a single ride but a full day: airport – hotel – meeting – lunch – second meeting – dinner – hotel. Describe the schedule with times and addresses in the note field of the form and we will give you one price for it. If the plan changes on the day, your contact person calls us and we adjust. For events lasting several days we prepare a timetable for each day.

Most VIP transfers start at an airport: Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas or Varna, and for trips abroad – Bucharest, Istanbul or Thessaloniki. How far in advance should I book?
For one car a few days ahead is usually enough, and often the same day works too. For several S-Class and E-Class cars at once, for large events, public holidays and Saturdays in the wedding season, book as early as you can so we can prepare the cars and drivers.
With children or a pet
Child seats and boosters are free of charge. We also carry dogs and cats – only together with their owner, in the owner’s own crate or carrier; tell us its size so we send a car it fits in. More: pet-friendly transfers in Bulgaria.
VIP transfer, taxi or rental car?
A taxi is fine for a short ride in town, but it is not booked in advance and the car is not chosen for the occasion. A rental car means your guest has to drive, park and find the way in an unfamiliar city. A VIP transfer sits in between: the car is chosen and the price agreed in advance, the driver knows the route, and your guest simply gets in.
