- The driver meets you at arrivals and helps with the crate and the suitcases.
- Short, direct ride to your accommodation – no stops at other hotels, no other passengers.

- Your pet travels with you. We transport pets only together with their owner or a person who looks after them. We do not carry animals on their own.
- The crate or carrier is yours. Pets travel in a crate or a closed carrier – never loose in the car.
- Documents are your responsibility. Check the current requirements for travelling with your pet with your vet and your airline.
- Summer heat. The cars are air-conditioned, but the walk from the terminal can be hot in July and August. Keep water at hand for your dog.
- Accommodation. Make sure your hotel or apartment accepts pets before you arrive.
