How it works
- Tell us about your pet when you book – dog or cat, approximate size and whether it travels in a crate or a carrier.
- Send us your flight number. We track the flight; if it is delayed, we wait for as long as it takes.
- Meet & greet. Your driver waits at arrivals with a sign with your name and helps with the crate and bags.
- Breaks on the way. On longer drives we stop so your dog can stretch its legs and drink water.
- Pay after the ride. We do not ask for prepayment.

Important to know
- Your pet travels with you. We transport pets only together with their owner or a person who looks after them – we do not ship animals on their own.
- Crate or carrier is yours. For everyone’s safety, pets travel in a crate or a carrier. Your pet knows its own crate and feels safer in it.
- Documents. Within the EU your dog or cat needs a microchip, a valid rabies vaccination and an EU pet passport. Check the rules of your home country for the trip back.
